The food was up to Schlotzsky's standards. The order was correct. Wait time was minimal. The service was friendly and with a smile.
Normally enjoy sandwiches hear but this location is terrible! The bread seemed old and sandwich tasted off from sandwiches ive eatin at other locations. Customer service is sub par, bathroom was filthy and ambiance is dreadful. Wont go to this location again!
Drive thru- my experience: Classic sandwiches are great! Fresh ingredients and made well. Staff seems friendly and efficient. Never had a wrong order. The traditional brisket sandwich was terrible. Brisket had weird taste and was dry and hard. So bad. The Macs dishes we ordered were even worse. Was that powdered cheese? Lumpy and horrible. Sorry Schlotzsky's, that was a fail. Stick with the original Schlotzsky's sandwiches/menu and you'll get your money's worth.
