Closes our branch in Lawton with no warning and no ATMs left to help customers here with at least deposits and withdraws.

Very lucritive assets

I drove 50 miles today to make a deposit because instead of denying a transaction that would have overdrawn my account by $0.94 on my debit card, BOA automatically took the $4.39 I had in savings and transferred it to my checking account, PLUS charged me a $10.00 fee for moving the money, thus overdrawing my account from less that $1.00 to $6.55. BOA is famous for this and I'm moving my account next month. It was explained to me that on the 5th day of being overdrawn, even though my direct deposit would also hit my account the same day, the $35.00 fee would still apply. And after I drove the 50 miles to make the deposit to avoid the additional fee of $35.00, which would have hit my account at midnight tonight, the same time my direct deposit will hit, I get to the bank and the ATM is out of service and the drive-up was closed. Come to find out BOA has changed its hours of operation effective yesterday, but their signs still show drive-thru hours as until 6:00 p.m. There were tons of customers parked waiting and trying to figure out why the bank was closed and the ATM out of service. SHAME ON YOU, BOA!!!

When my check is deposited I should have access to it immediately, not almost two days later

This place isn't even good enough for 1 star. This company deserves a negative 5 star review. My husband opened an account here yesterday morning with $300+ and within the 24 hours its been opened its already being closed by them. The account and the debit card for the account has NOT been used AT ALL and they are saying we are -$200 in our account. My husband and one of the bank workers was having issues getting the money into the account when it was started so she said she'll just give him $200 in cash for now and there should be $100+ on the card by midnight. We tried to a pay a bill with the card today and it gets declined. We called the number on the back of the card to see whats going on and they tell us the account is being shut down by them and when they were asked why they said, "There is really no reason but it says its in the comapny's best interest and you'll get your $100+ back by cashier check maybe some time this week. Oh, and we don't have to give you a reason or even let you know the account is being closed." This is RIDICULOUS! Do NOT go through this bank!
