I had mesquite tbone steak and fried catfish. Catfish was good but steak was tough - the mesquite flavor was over whelming for my taste. Garlic sourdough bread was delicious.
Great service, great food, great entertainment. The ribeye melts in your mouth and the ribs had a great smoke to them. There was a live singer, great voice and not obnoxiously loud.
Overall I liked the food, the atmosphere was cool with the saddles and fireplace and the service was good.
My wife and I had the sirloin for 2 as our main meal and the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. I must honestly say everything was perfect for our date night. I am really picky about how my steak is cooked, and it was awesome. Thoroughly impressed will recommend to all.
My soon loved the shrimp fettucini Alfredo.
Just went for the first time and I wonder why I never dined here before. I was with a group of more than 15 people. I ordered the Fat McBride Steak and ordered it medium (which is as far as they will cook it). I think it was closer to medium rare which doesn't bother me since I sometimes order my steaks that way. The loaded baked potato was good and I also had the broccoli soup.
Everything was good. I would only take points away since there wasn't a drink menu listing general drinks they always have. My cousin would have ordered a pink lemonade if she knew they had it. But the staff was knowledgeable enough to answer our questions or go find out an answer when they didn't know.
Food was good. It was pretty crowded when we were there and noisy.
The best place to eat steak in Wichita Falls and possibly in all of North Texas. If you are fortunate enough to be there on a day when they are having grilled tuna, get it. I haven't found it done better anywhere.
