Showed up a few minutes early for my 4 pm appt with Marina. She was not there, but another stylist told me she should be on her way. After waiting 10 min, that stylist said she was going to call her. Apparently she didn't answer and she also texted her. After waiting another few minutes (so over 15 minutes at this point) the other stylist said she would "just have to reschedule me". No apology, no reason, nothing. At which point, I told them there would be no need to reschedule me because obviously they don't respect people's time or understand how to schedule a hair appt. At the very least I expected an apology, but I guess that's too much to ask. Extremely disappointed after hearing good things about this place.
Mariana gave me a great cut and eyebrow wax! She was also very helpful and knowledgable when I asked her questions about how to take better care of my hair. I would recommend this salon to anyone!
