I originally went to this dealership to look into getting a company vehicle, and they were one of the only dealerships that really knew what I was asking for and not just trying to sell me a car. Unfortunately my credit is on the tail end of a rebuilding period and having never financed a vehicle before, my options were limited. My sales representative Chase worked pretty much all day trying to find various options for me, with the GM Jimmy helping as needed. While waiting for some options on the "company car", I expressed interest in getting a newer car for my wife and Chase quickly found her a car that would be a huge step up but still affordable for us. Ultimately Chase and Jimmy made a deal for the new car and the used car that we couldn't pass up. They went out of their way to make the sale, but not in a pushy kind of way; they really listened to our concerns and worked to find a solution we'd all be happy with.
I was very reluctant to choose a car, but Chase, with his kindness and sense of humor, convinced me, and I finally decided on a silver Nissan Rogue, after Chase explained to me all the wonderful new features of this vehicle. The car is magnificent, and nobody can stop talking about it.

My sister talked me into coming here today, I was really worried because I got turned down a couple of times at other places since I don't have credit, or just had options I couldn't work with. So I came here assuming I was going to experience the same thing... well, CHASE was our sales professional here at Nissan, let me tell you, he was AMAZING, very friendly and understanding, as soon as we sat down I blabbered about my no credit thing and how I didn't think I would get anywhere. He told me there is always a way. He made us feel comfortable and positive about the whole situation, it definitely took some time but we were very patient through everything. After being there the entire day with my sister and her 2 babies, I left with a car I am extremely proud of! Thank you so much Chase for dealing with me, my sister and the babies all day!! Makes sure that you know what your getting and you don't have any surprises in the car buying experience. Works hard to ensure that everything is going the way it should. Seth denig and jimmy at Nissan are absolutely amazing. Worked very hard and got us in a new car. Any issue or question has been resolved immediately. Highly recommend if looking for a new or used car to visit Seth and jimmy the manager there great people. Hands down the best experience we had after visiting every dealership in Wichita Falls they were the ones to bend over backwards for us.
