The service department could not be anyless competent. They suck. Plain and simple. I would drive 100 miles to another dealership for service before returning there. The people in the service department couldn't be ruder or care anyless then they do. If you need warranty work, go ANYWHERE but here.
Chris was awesome. He was honest, treated me like I was his number 1 customer. Any concern about the vehicle, he addressed. They gave me a good price for my trade, and a good price on the used truck i bought. I will buy at Patterson again. Very happy
I want to thank everyone who help get my truck fixed(especially John H). I brought it in Friday at 630pm on Labor day weekend and they had it out the next morning by 11am! I was stranded in Wichita falls on my way to Santa Fe. They were kind enough to even give me a rental for the night free of charge so I could get to a hotel. John even met me back at the dealership because I had forgotten my ID and couldn't check into my hotel for the night. I don't know the mechanic who actually put a brand new catalytic converter on my truck first thing Saturday morning but thank you!! This dealership went above and beyond to get me back on the road and I can't tell you how much that meant to me.
