He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the Odyssey, and eager to meet our needs. He explained all features in as much depth as we asked for and answered all questions expertly. We feel that he is now our friend. Our finance professional was Michelle Schenk. What a dynamic and outgoing lady! She put us at ease and expertly went over every detail of our purchase with us. She also worked extra hard to get us a much lower interest rate than originally offered. I have never seen two people more eager to please us, their customers, and I appreciate it.
