Refused to fix loud knocking sound that started not even a week after I got a camary...said it wasn't mechanical. Sales man talked me into purchasing car by saying car was Toyota certified and came with Toyota care for 2 years...come to find out he lied:/ Contacted sales manager who said he would get back with me..never heard from him again!

It took Michael 10 days instead of 6 weeks other dealers were saying. After working with Michael, he set us up with David to handle all the details of buying the car. David took care of gathering information for financing and worked with me via text to work around my challenging daytime availability. Lastly, we worked with Eric to do our financing. He was professional, quick and beat the interest rates that our bank offered. He got us in and out in 1 hour 20 minutes and offered some quality dinner suggestions. Each step of the process was professional, thorough and easy. Great car buying experience. Highly recommend. I will buy there again, once I pay this one off.
