Again, this is nothing crazy, but it was what should be expected and I appreciated it after a long trip. I'll definitely go back while I'm in the area.
I know that service departments often get blasted on reviews so I wanted to take the time to make sure I pointed out a job well done.
Nothing fancy. I was driving into the area after a long trip from Maine. I needed an oil change and this was the closest dealership. I stopped in without an appointment and was treated respectfully and they brought my truck right in. Courtesy driver recommended a place for lunch and dropped me off/picked me back up on my request. Everyone was very professional and my truck was taken care of quickly despite my lack of an appointment.
This was my first time to the Dealership since they remodeled. Great facility, friendly staff and good coffee. My friend , Steve Miller took time to go over features and benefits of the vehicle of my choice and located one at another dealership and had it here the next day all serviced and ready to drive away. I highly recommend Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln for your next car or truck buying experience.
The sales dept is great, they are friendly and helpful. The service dept on the other hand makes me feel like I'm bothering them. They say they'll call you back and don't. They don't call to tell you the car is ready. I took it in recently to get a valve stem replaced and they gave it back to me with a bent rim (different wheel than the valve stem problem.) I know I didn't hit so much as a pothole between giving them the car and getting it back but I have no way to prove it was them so I'm screwed out of $300. So to sum up this review, you will enjoy getting a new car here, just don't get it serviced here.
All the staff was wonderful, we bought 2 vehicles, they will work with you til they find what you are looking for. Feris the finance guy was persistent getting the right finance company for us. You won't regret getting your car or truck here.
I have always appreciated Ford House in Wichita Falls. Each time I have had to purchase a car it has been under very unique circumstances, and each time Ford House in Wichita Falls have bent backwards to help me. For a minute there I felt all was lost but they kept on fighting for me. I've known Ralph Zamora since junior high. You can't find a nicer person. His whole work career has been sales. He is a gentleman and is serious about providing you the best deal possible. Mr. Fares worked with me before. He is tops. He works tirelessly to get you into a car and take care of you. Aaron Clairborne worked and worked to get me in this car. I almost lost hope, but Aaron was determined that I'd get this car. Without Mr. Fares, Aaron or Ralph, I don't know what I would have done? All I can say is Thank You and God bless them, they are not just selling cars, for many it's our life or livelihood.
