Very clean building. Service staff was excellent and friendly. Highly recommend. Good selection of bikes and apparel.
I was traveling and realized I needed to add air to the shocks on my Road King. I looked online and found the nearest dealer was Red River Harley Davidson. I called and they told me to come on in. When I arrived at the service department about an hour later they had an air pump laid out waiting for me, the service manual pressure range and a technician ready to help me. After we got the pressure corrected, at no cost, I was invited to join the employees for dinner the next night where they were having a dinner ride near my destination. They really demonstrated the meaning of the Harley Davison Family.
Cindy in motorclothes absolutely impressed us today. She went above and beyond to accomodate us. We live on Richmond Va but when the time comes for us to buy a new bike, we'll come back to red river HD to make our purchase!

Great place. If you need your MSF it is one of the best around. The instructors are very knowledgeable and will treat you right.
