Took my car in Friday afternoon. Didn't hear anything back from them until Monday. Which in itself is understandable since they appeared to be understaffed. Understandable doesn't mean acceptable. And when they finally did call me, they told me nothing was wrong with my car. That's the last thing anyone wants to hear when they know something is wrong with their car. Me, a non car guy, had to show their "experienced" mechanic that there was in fact something wrong with my car. A faulty EGR Valve makes a very audible hiss akin to a vacuum leak. Had they actually checked the car, they would have known this. The "mechanic" didn't seem all too pleased at being proved wrong. I lost all confidence in this shop in that moment. In the end I decided to take my business elsewhere.
These guys are amazing. Super nice and their work is fantastic. So worth the money. They pegged the problem with my vehicle right away and did a great job fixing it. Love these guys. Wont go anywhere else, highly recommend.
I had a bad experience. I was charged $1,500 (No Kidding) to get my front bumper replaced, and painted. Yes it included new fog lights and grill, but you do the math. I agreed to the price because back then I was new in town and being a female, didn't know any better, and plus i had a trip coming up and had to get it replaced ASAP (which didnt happen too quick either because they kept pushing back the initial date by up to a week) . ANYWAY Good thing it was the guy that hit me who ended up paying for it....Now i know I can paint a whole car for $1,500... way to go sheppard automotive!
