Iv been a lot of places and Iv met just about every type of personality on this earth and there's one thing I can say . You will not ever find a better group of people to do business with than Falls truck center . From the chrome shop and truck wash all the way back to the michanics . There wonderful people and the absolute best in the business . This business is here for the little man . They believe in helping independent truckers in any way possible and save them huge money .. hands down I'd drive a 1000 miles out of my way to do business with them again ... absolutely awesome place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are what every repair shop and retailer should be! Every time I go in their shop the staff is more than willing to help out. They recently helped me re-torque the hardware on a trailer hitch. They listened to what I needed and then went above and beyond to make sure the team met those needs. Thanks to Bo and the boys I can tow an 8,000 lbs travel trailer with peace of mind.

BEST TRUCK WASH we've ever had in 15 years. They did a complete thorough job. They took their time (about an hour-but well worth it) and they do not rush through like other chain truck washes. Our truck & trailer was very dirty with about a months worth of road salt and caked mud. We came out sparkly clean. We will definitely be back and will recommend to other drivers.
The guys in the truck wash did such an amazing jobs. My company had issued me a truck that was nasty so I wanted to get it washed. Falls truck wash is so convienent being right next door to flying J so I was able to drop my trailer and take my nasty truck to them. They didn't just spray water on the truck, they did an actual hand wash. They did such an amazing job, I can't believe this is the same truck I took to them, it looks great. For those that complained about how long it took, what did you think was gonna happen when you went to a place that does hand washed. I will definitely be back.
