I called from across the country needing flowers short notice. The gal who answered was so sweet and helpful, I couldn't have called a better place. I needed them same day and even with the time difference, they still came through. Thank you so much, I couldn't be home for the service but this was great as I'm there in spirit. They do more than just flowers! I took a box to these wonderful ladies and I told them I wanted to do my gender reveal, so for that I need a box to designed blue and pink & I needed them to put balloons in this box as a surprise to us and our family weather it's blue or pink balloons for boy or girl!! I left the box and came back in some days with a small envelope of my babies gender. Gave the envelope to the ladies and they made it such a wonderful surprise for us. Loved it!
House of Flowers & Gifts, especially the woman who helped us, Karen Gibson, was so amazing and accommodating! She was beyond friendly and helped us organize two wedding bouquets, a flower crown, an archway with flowers over it and chairs, all via phone conversation and email because we were ordering from Kentucky for my upcoming wedding in Wichita Falls! Karen had everything ready in the short amount of time we had given her and everything was BEAUTIFUL! I can't express how happy we were with the service, quality and care we were given! I'm so thankful for Karen's amazing work because everything she and House of Flowers did, made our small private wedding everything I had ever hoped it to be! Thank you so so much, Karen!!! :)
