I received a Christmas card from the team of folks at AAA - note I said a Christmas card not a holiday card, not some seasons greetings bs - an honest-to-God Christmas card. In this day and age of "don't offend" it was so refreshing. Thank you AAA for the work on my house, but thank you as well for remembering to put Christ in Christmas.

First of all, AAA did great work repairing (more like replacing) a beam under my house - how they got that many guys into that small of a crawl space is beyond me!!! But that was months ago, what happened today floored me.
We tried to get an estimate. It was sprinkling at the time of our appointment. Cody called (while parked in front of our home) and said he "could not do it today, his paperwork would get wet!!" Didn't even let us show him the problems needed fixed, HE CALLED TO TELL US TO REACHEDULE APPOINTMENT!! Did I mention... He was AT OUR HOUSE!?!?
