Greatest experience I've ever had a salon. This is the only place I'll go. Ladies & atmosphere is wonderful. They did exactly what I asked for.
I booked an appointment on a Monday for the following Thursday and was assured I would be seeing Chelsi because she was who I requested. I even called back that day to change the time of the appointment for 30 minutes later and they said it was fine. When I got there for the appointment, it was her day off and she would not be able to come in because she lives in Childress! Another girl offered to do my hair and I needed it done because I was shooting a commercial that day. When she finished, it looked awful. She cut off too much hair, it was uneven, and the way she styled it looked slicked down and flat when I had purposefully told her I like volume and wanted it to have some lift. A high school girl could have styled it better. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
I would not recommend going here for lashes my experience was awful! I made an appointment for eyelash extentions and came in and got them done. while she was doing them i could feel the glue running down to my lower lashes she was using way too much! . She assured me that they were going to look so pretty and beautiful,and when i looked in the mirror i wanted to cry they looked so fake.i could feel the glue and lashes clumped together in big blobs on my eyes later in the day i called her and said they diddnt look right and asked if she could fix a few things and she did do that for me and they looked barely any better but she did try.. i was told i could shower the same day but i didn't until the next day. The same day i got them done about 6 CLUMPS of lashes came off no rubbing no water simply brushing them with my spooly and off!! I was devestated and I messaged her and she told me i must have rubbed my eyes and that was impossible unless there was friction such as rubbing my eyes but she would do a fill or take them off for me. The next day i took a shower and the rest EASILY FELL OFF as soon as my face hit the water only a few i had to pull because i wasnt going to leave them there i feel completely ripped off i paid 150$ for something that diddnt even last 24hours nor look pretty..and i diddnt dare even ask for a refund that i deserved because i knew I'd just get blamed for why they came off when i didn't do anything she advised me not to do! Don't do the lashes! Go to someone else...i actually went and got my own kit and redid mine myself and did way better than her my first time and no training...
First, I am very picky as to who touches my hair and I only choose Color Design because of my awesome, stylist Tess! She is an EXPERT in all things to do with hair! I have walked in many times and told her to do whatever she wants-cut,color,style-yeah, she's that good! I always have a great experience and have been a client 10-15 years! The salon also has such a cool relaxed vibe to it! Everyone is so friendly and they always welcome you with a cheery hello and a big smile! So if you need an expert hair stylist, I highly recommend Color Design!!!They book up quickly but with a little patience they will get you in.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their next cut and color etc. Kaleigh did my hair exactly how I wanted. (Cut and color) She had a great personality and every one there was super friendly.
