My husband bought our engagement ring here almost 5 years ago and had a great experience. Being military, he recently ended up back in the area for some training and we stopped to have my ring cleaned while I was visiting. Jayce really took care of us- told us all about the current sales and took his time showing us different upgrades I was looking into. We don't have a Samuels anywhere near us, so when I asked about getting my ring re-dipped, they were able to accommodate us and had it done in 24 hours! The ring looks great and I know we'll be taking advantage of their trade in program in the near future.
