bad customer service, chicken was undone, pizza was cold, bread sticks were hard as rocks, delivery was an hour late, pizza had no sauce and 7 pepperonis. Spoke to the manager "Lee" HE IS RUDE, very disrespectful, unethical, he couldn't even pull up my order in their system. He hung up in my face.
Slow service but friendly and good food.
Order a large hand tossed Supreme. I got a flat crust, less than supreme pizza. Very dissappointed.
Noticed dead crickets on the floor and yeah can't stop bugs from coming in but they could at least be cleaned up. Salad bar must've had a tornado run through it, then again it was right after lunch crowd when I visited. And the pizza variety for the lunch buffet was pretty plain and small. Only good thing was the buffet price. Don't get me wrong, I like the pizza here. I'll just order it next time. Or cook my own food so I can't complain lol

Spoke to the general manager "Jamie" He finally found my order BUT he is just as BAD! I will NEVER order from here again. I have pictures of UNCOOKED chicken, and he refused to give me a refund, or replace my entire order. Worst freaking pizza place. Just TERRIBLE!!!
I'm Vegan & I ordered Pan crust, Pineapple, Spinach, & Olive pizza with extra marinara sauce on it. I also get marinara sauce cups for dipping it. It was good. I eat it at home & put Nutritional Yeast or Follow Your Heart American Style "cheese" on it from Natural Grocers. It comes in a block so you have to shred it yourself.
