I ordered a flag pole from liberty flags and the base was damaged during shipping. One call to the drivers supervisor and I was given a claim number to give to liberty and my base was replaced within days! Chris's supervisor, sorry I can't remember his name, was so very helpful and understanding of our situation. I would definitely use this company if I need to freight anything and will refer to all my friends. Thank you old dominion for making my experience an easy one to rectify!
