I am so impressed with James Lane and their employees! It started with Robb Havens! He met me at my house at 5:00 on a Friday evening! He spent over an hour explaining everything to me and seemed truly concerned that I was without air conditioning! I was going to be gone off and on for the next 2 weeks and just decided I would wait until I got home. He called me back and scheduled it immediately so my house would be cool when I got home! He was very professional and so nice! So here I sit in a very nice cool house!
I also had to talk to the women that work in the office and they were very sweet and helpful! I can't say enough good things about everyone I dealt with! I am soooo happy I chose James Lane! Their price was very reasonable also! Thank you soooo much to everyone at James Lane, I am a very happy customer!!!
James Lane is a great company. All of their employees are so professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. Daniel and Jose installed new central heat/air in my studio/shop this week. Daniel and Jose did an Outstanding installation of my new 4-ton Carrier Air Conditioner/Heater system. Kendall worked with Daniel and Jose installing a new Hot Water Heater, too. All three technicians were polite, clean, and very efficient. These three technicians exceeded my expectations for a professional job. Daniel and Jose thoroughly cleaned up after the job. When your a/c dies on Sunday night and you are unsure who to call -- call James Lane! Justin Fields came out and was kind, informative and helped me get set up on regular maintenance. As a single woman, I highly recommend them for their honesty and quality work. Customer service is second to none!
Without a doubt James Lane A/C has the best customer service I think I've ever encountered. From the first person I talked to through the last, everyone was kind and professional. They were quick to have someone come out and diagnose the problem, followed up with several options to resolve it and got it done in quickly. I wish every service call could go this easy.
The repair men showed up at 8:00 in the morning and I had to leave them there because I had to go to work! They were very professional and very friendly, I didn't even feel uncomfortable leaving them there! They were finished 2 hours ahead of schedule and everything was cleaned up like they hadn't been here!
