Greyhound is the worst experience of my life so rude and ignorant I'd rather walk!!
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! No other transportation can possibly be worse than this, 8 hours delay from Dallas TX to Arizona.. Yes, 8 hours. They cancelled the bus without telling anyone, the staff at the station would not help and was trying to fool passengers by saying they don't know, phoned customer service and they transferred your calls to a line called Customer Care Dept. which has no one to answer calls. You will be much better of taking a plane, book your flights ahead of time! It's actually cheaper by planes! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
It's just an outdoor spot where you wait for the bus. The area seems pretty safe.
