I received an email notification that my package was ready for pickup but no actual location or hours of operation and upon arrival found that they are only open to customers for 10 hours per week. 2 employees ran off when I attempted to speak with someone about the issue. Mind you this location services a large town and 3 other surrounding towns and only being open from 4:30. Pm to 6:30 pm mon- fri and is nearly 20 mins outside of a town that takes at least that long to cross. Btw if my package were to have gone out on the truck, it would have been delivered to my home before 2:00 pm. Bunch of bull****
Driver said unable to deliver to the 24 hour hotel front desk. This was also noted before the driver did attempt the other delivery for the day
First class customer care. These folks go out of their way to deliver packages on time.
My package sustained great damage. The driver took time from his busy schedule to stay with me until I opened the package and verified it was undamaged. As an old freight hauler, I deeply appreciate the service he offered. Didn't get his name but if he is representative of UPS they are doing a great job. Thanks for you professionalism and time.
