I am in Michigan and called this location and Michael was a great help. Even though my package I sent is not going through his location. My package is still missing but he walked me through what to do.
I once found pictures of a half naked person on the kiosk. So I looked her up on Facebook and offered them back. She said throw them away. So I did.
Love this Post Office, especially love Miss Carol, she's a specialert Lady!!!!
This in my favorite US Post Office in Wichita Falls. It is always cleans and well maintained. I love that the lobby area is open 24 hours with a self serve kiosk. Also, there are always Priority Mail shipping supplies available.
It was pretty quick in and out for a post office.
Living with a postal employee I feel lucky to have found someone who really cares about the missing mail.
