After Mr. Tubbs stopped managing, his daughter took over everything and it went downhill. Expect them to rush you to sign and then customer service is non-existent. They will never call you back. The owner is so full of herself that she won't let you talk and she will interrupt and talk down in a heartbeat. Always an attitude for no reason. No matter what you do or say, your ability to ask questions is irrelevant. Takes months for them to do any repairs. Took 4 weeks of no shows appointments from them to get them to show up for a final out inspection and that is when you get the cleaning checklist. They sit on security deposits past the 30 days. I paid my bills early every month, made improvements on the house, and went years between contacting them and they prove constantly that regardless of how good you are as a tenant, they want to get you to sign the lease and do nothing but get their paycheck. Some of there employees are good, but their boss restricts them from doing a lot. Good luck if you want to do business with them.

Would not recommend anyone to use this agency as a property manager. They are worthless. Nelson Tubbs continuously told me my house was in immaculate condition only to find it in the opposite condition. Attention to detail/rental agreements aren’t their forte.
