If you want a nice feed shopping experience go to Attwoods, Berend Brothers, Tractor Supply, or anywhere else in Wichita Falls.
I've checked out this store twice. The first time, they weren't very helpful, and the store was cluttered like someone's house with a hoarding problem. The only open space was right behind the office desk and right in front of the office desk. There was also a path through the clutter (which consisted mostly of non-feed items). They said they were in the middle of remodeling, so I tried the store again later. About a year and a half later, the store was more cluttered and there was no progress in their "remodeling". Again, they were not very helpful and insinuated that I didn't know a thing about the animals I was trying to get food for.
I don't know how interested they are in new customers, because they aren't very respectful and the front doors are both locked (due to clutter on the other side). You have to go through the loading dock. And if you have any unusual requests be prepared to be ridiculed a little.
