I am extremely satisfied with my experience at the Endurance House. After I experienced my first flat, Bryce (sp?) recommended I bring in both tires so he could visually inspect them and provide me with a recommendation whether I should purchase new rubber all around or just repair the flat. Although they were extremely busy with prepping cycles for the Hotter-than-Hell, he stopped his current task, inspected the tires, recommended to repair only the flat, and repaired it immediately. I appreciated that he took the ~15 minutes to address my needs despite being very busy. I found Bryce and the entire staff to be very friendly and professional - 5 stars!
