All of the baristas and the store manager were very helpful, friendly, and professional! It was crazy busy while I was there, and only took 8 minutes to get my drink. Wonderful, seriously WONDERFUL service.
I used to receive such fast and friendly service here. I use the mobile order app to avoid waiting a couple extra minutes. Going inside to grab my drink was quicker for me than waiting in the drive through; until recently that is. I waited over 15 minutes the last few visits. I've had to approach the counter and ask for my order, and every time, it has been on the drive through counter. No one had even bothered to call out that it was ready. I was tempted this morning to just leave without it because I was going to be late to work if I continued to sit and wait. Not only have I had issues with wait time, my cups are not even full when I receive them. Needless to say, I think Frank And Joe's Coffee Shop will be receiving my business from now on.
There was a barista in the store today being told off by a very ignorant and rude customer, who has also left an inaccurate review below, stating that said barista acted prejudiced toward an Indian man and his daughter. The barista was more professional than I would have managed to be, and apologized for I'm not sure what, as was demanded of this customer who should not have involved himself in this situation.
Slow service. They weren't busy. Food selection is always poor n way overpriced. You should receive top quality food for those prices n Starbucks thinks microwaving frozen is high end. No its lazy n cheap.
This place was super busy but the staff was super friendly and orders came out right. Only gripe is they charged me for a refill when it’s supposed to be free for gold card members. It wasn’t worth arguing so I paid the 50 cents but would be nice if the staff know of this so as to not charge people unnecessarily.
I love that that they can make anything decaf since I cannot have caffeine right now. They’re also very quick and always get my order correct. The staff is friendly and they have a great selection of food and beverages.
