Can't prove that it wasn't just an innocent billing mistake but we received a bill for "tobacco counseling and oral hygiene instruction" both services were never requested, given, or necessary for my wife an adult nonsmoker. The bill was only for $32. The billed Tricare and they didn't pay for it so we got the bill. I have heard of medical offices doing this to try and get the extra money from insurance companies or for people who don't pay attention to pay the small amount and not fight it...
