I wasn't even able to go in for my knee because when I called to find out about how much it would cost they told me "we are a low income clinic not a no income clinic so with no income you would have to pay full price for an office visit which would be $200. If you have no income how the in the world are you supposed to be able to pay that much? He it was possible I would give them 0 stars on this rating.
Started to go there for my OB Visits, I went there three times I believe. Every time I saw a different doctor and had to wait 1HR or more just to hear my baby's heartbeat. Every time I went I was super excited to hear that my baby was good. But by the time the OB got there I was pissed that I have waited so long. So I'm switching to DR Chu at a other clinic. This clinic is okay if you don't mind the 1HR and 30 Mins wait
I went there for a simple check up and the finance lady told me I had to have a panoramic x-ray or they could not treat me. I also would be required to pay for the expensive x-ray. I can't afford that! Why else would I be at a reduced fee clinic? She hounded me relentlessly for 30 minutes and finally said that the "employee fund" would be used. That turned out to be grant money, not an employee fund. She stood there as I cried and worried about my children being able to get dental treatment due to having to pay for them to have panoramas too and didn't blink or care. All she knew was she was required to use the panoramic x-ray or they would lose their grant but she didn't want to use up all her grant money to use it on patients. I will never, ever return while she is employed there.
Dr.G is amazing and thought of all the way he could make my LO better and helped us skip the er and go to get treatment faster
I telephoned this healthcare center for an appointment to have a painful shoulder examined: The lady who answered the call: What is the problem? I explained; Have you ever been here before? I said no. Do you have Health Insurance? I said yes. Which one? Kaiser. A few seconds of silence then, I'm not sure we take that one. I'm going to transfer you to billing. Of course no one answer at billling. Community Healthcare Center huh???
