The staff generally doesn't greet darker hued patrons UNTIL they get to the checkout counter. I've been there many times, results are almost ALWAYS the same.
Had to wait so long in one line I went to another line. The cashier didnt know how to use my gift card and was charging me for my shirt. Need better training.
