Friendly staff but expensive as hell!! The Kohls cash just isn't worth it when everything is way cheaper at Ross
I was purchasing a few items right before closing time with my husband and two kids. When ready to swipe my card, I was asked for my drivers license. I unfortunately had never been asked for that before upon my many ventures to Khols so I had left it in the car. I had to have my husband go get it with my daughter. He took a while to find it so they cancelled my transaction and asked me to step aside and wait so they could ring up other customers. My son began crying and I became restless, so I went to see if my husband could find the license. I ended up having to retrieve it and when I was walking to the door the manager/ key holder walked up and locked the door. I waved at the employees inside to show them I found the card (and I assure you it was no longer than 5 mins from the time of my purchase) and they each ignored me...a few customers that were leaving opened the door for me and so I went inside and explained what had happened to the girl at the counter. She said it was policy to ask for IDs and I told her that that was by no means my complaint. What was humiliating was the fact that multiple women looked me dead in the eye and ignored me when I went back in to retrieve my things even though they each knew exactly why I was heading back inside. It's great they want to protect their customers by checking IDs...but don't lock them out and glare like they are an inconvenient nuisance... It was quite embarrassing. After that experience, the store manager reached out and offered an apology which I greatly appreciated! I changed my review from 1 star to 4 because her response to my review shows me that she does care about the service her store provides. Thank you for reaching out Amanda. I have always enjoyed going to this location and would just recommend in the future that customers bring in their IDs, especially in the circumstance that it is closing time!
Had a issue with sunglasses they took care of me with no problem....bathrooms were very clean also
Khol's is a great place to shop! It is conveniently located near the mall and restaurants all within walking distance. They run great sales and there are usually coupons online!
Bargain prices on name brand items. The store is too big for my taste. They have lots of Kohls bucks items.
