I'm leaving a review for the staff. I called because I was told to get a growth looked at that's possibly cancerous. When I asked to get some basic information about insurance the woman (who did not give her name) was very rude. She said she didn't have the time and only does it at the end of the day. Not even a leave your number I'll get back to you response. I'm already nervous with the possible thought of cancer and then I'm going to be treated like a second rate citizen by a staff member over the phone?! Spoiler alert; they were no help and I'll be making an appointment with another Dermatologist due to this poor customer service. I'd give a rating of 0 stars or 0/5 but that isn't an option on this scale.
