Great first visit. If appointments are running behind it's only because she takes time and is thorough with each patient. I would rather wait and know that I'm going to get the time with her that I need
I respect Dr Cooper but her staff needs to be replaced and retrained. This is mine and my spouses opinion. Wish you the best of luck with your treatment
I think Dr. Cooper is upfront she comes off a bit rude sounding but I don't believe that's her intentions because she asked me how I was feeling and what I was going through and not what other Dr.'s have told me. She likes to do a lot of tests so she can make a good assessment for herself and not take too much of the notes from other Dr's as well. The only issue I have is although the front staff are very nice and easy to talk to, they forget or don't think that all the patients in front of them can hear ALL their conversations and some are not what you need to be discussing in front of public. I sure hope that Dr. Cooper and others in authority there will see this post and remind the ladies to have discretion when it comes to personal conversations in front of patients.
Folks I learned a long time ago if you can just walk in or call somebody and they are at your door step beware! I have been seeing Dr. Cooper for eleven years sure I have had to wait on occasion but that is the price you pay for someone that is good at their job!
Dr. Cooper is one of the most thorough Dr. I have ever met. I didn't wait very long at all and she explained everything about my lupus and fibromyalia. A big success for me..
Awful experience with her and her staff. Very rude at the 1st visit then she was more respectful. But her staff has been horrible from day 1. Her nurses do not return my phone calls, the nurses took months in trying to get a procedure approved then after Tricare gave the green light the staff still failed get my spouse any relief. Long story short we asked tricare to get another referral to see Dr. Fahed, Hamadeh who I’m also seeing here in OKC for rheumatoid.
