I was visiting Witchita Falls and needed an oil change..this place was packed and well known! The guy behind the counter greeted me while still working with current customers at the counter! I loved the speedy customer service and the acknowledgement! I left my car at lunchtime, went back to class, showed up at 4pm and my car was ready to go! The price beat my home station prices! i could find a place like this back home..byebye to my current oil change place! Thank you for amazing service!
Honest fast and saved me money. Lady's if you need someone you can trust. Give them a try I won't go anywhere less. They even saved me on the towing fee with there on wrecker an I didn't have to set on the road for a hour they came fast.

Our alternator died during a trip from Albuquerque to Dallas. We pulled into Brown's at 2:30pm and explained that we were traveling and asked if they could change the alternator today. They said sure, pull it in the shade so it cools. We crossed the street to buy the alternator at Autozone. 10 minutes later when we got back, he was removing the old alternator. We grabbed a quick bite at McDs next door and when we returned 15 minutes later, he was installing the new one. At 3:30, we were back on the road with a labor charge of $60 for 3/4 hour of work. So, we were stranded away from home, hoping not to spend the night in a hotel and were back on the road in 1 hour. The guys were great, realizing we were traveling and prioritizing us, working on a hot car, getting us back on the road and giving us a reasonable charge, despite almost no chance of repeat business. All the signs of a friendly and honest TX businessman!!!
