Their work is good I'll give them that. But as far as customer service goes I was not impressed. They keep you waiting, rather than let you leave because they want your money I've experienced this here plenty of times. I will not be back!!!
Always friendly. Sometimes really busy but they're friendly and kind and work to get you in. They always make sure you're fully satisfied and love their work before you leave!
I've been here several times and have always had a good experience until today. I had an apointment for 12:00 and did not leave until 3. It wasn't because they were taking care of me...it was because they kept leaving me to wait on other customers. My daughter sat with cold towels around her legs for 30 minutes while the woman who was doing her pedicure left to do another pedicure before she finished my daughter's! The same thing happened with her manicure TWICE! The owner then decided to blame me for how long I was there, stating the pedicure I chose was 45 minutes long. Okay...how does 45 minutes equate to THREE HOURS?!? I will NEVER go back! I'll spend my $200 somewhere else.
Wonderful staff and service. I used to get a different nail tech every time until I found a favorite one, but not one of them have done anything less than a good job with my nails. The owner is very nice too. I even got my eyebrows waxed here and was pretty happy with the results. I definitely would recommend this place before anywhere else in Wichita Falls, and it took many tries at different nail and spa places to find this gem.
This was the best time at the nail salon I've ever had. I go to harmony normally and have tried posh, but rock star went above and beyond. I am definitely coming back and recommending it to everyone! I am a very picky person and Neil was absolutely flawless and I couldn't even find a mistake!
