I really do love this place. I have followed Robin from Iowa Park to WF, can't do without her hair cuts. Most people know what they want, I want someone to tell me what is best and then do it! Sherry fits the bill on this. Together they make a great combination. I often have people ask where I get my hair done, and I am proud to say "TANGLES". Thanks for all that you do.Carole
I am new to Wichita Falls and saw that tangles had excellent reviews, so I decided to give them a try. The hairstylist that I was booked under seemed to rush through my haircut. In the end I noticed that my hair was really uneven. She tried to fix it but was only cutting my hair shorter instead of fixing the problem. So over all experience was bad and won't be going back.
I've been coming to Tangles for about 2 years. The staff is fantastic, the location is convenient, the decor is fun and fresh. No matter who's working on your hair, everyone there has a smile for you. As if the atmosphere and people weren't awesome enough, these people work MAGIC with hair. I'm historically hesitant to get my hair done, as anyone who's ever had a bad haircut would be, however this place makes you happy you came. Jaidon is my favorite, but everyone here is great. You won't be sorry you came!

Worst experience ever!!!!!! The hairdresser Ashley was totally uncertain in everything and inattentive!!! She did not do what I asked for and she did not explained what she is doing right now! She also damaged one side of my hair extremely with the hairdryer! End result - I almost look the same like before my visit. Just with 1 inch less hair and over 200$ less in my pocket !!! Never again!!!!!
