Editing this review. I went back and saw Tiffany today and she fixed my hair cut. I absolutely love it now. I do feel it is a bit short but it will grow out and be perfect in the next few weeks. Thank goodness it is fixed. Thank you Tiffany for the great customer service and fixing the issue.
Tiffanys does such an amazing job their girls are so sweet and attentive! They do the job right the first time! I got the VIP package and I am so in love! You get a facial, manicure, pedicure, and haircut all for 57$!!! That's unheard of!! Love these guys!!! They take care of there clients I will be a long time member!!
So, I just got done with my first bikini wax, and Tiffany and Brittany did a good job with what hair that they could get. They were understanding with me, it really hurt and I regretted getting it done because of the pain so I was upset and emotions were high. They couldn’t get all of it, because of the short hairs on the side from shaving a week or so prior. So upon checking out, my friend and I mentioned this to the lady at the counter. In a totally neutral way, like you would make conversation with a cashier at a grocery store, just mentioned that they couldn’t get all the hair. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free, I simply mentioned it. She said, in a rude tone, “and?” I understand not wanting to lose money and that this is a place of business, but her response was very rude and made me uncomfortable. I was feeling vulnerable and did not appreciate being disrespected and looked down on, not to mention that the same lady barged into the room before we started the waxing to tell us to be quiet and when Tiffany and Brittney told her they had a client and she couldn’t just walk in she she said “We’re all girls, I’m sure she doesn’t mind.” I did. I was naked from the waist down and felt it was very unprofessional. It’s not that I’m unhappy with the job but I am extremely unhappy with the customer service from this woman, who was rude from pretty much the second we walked in, and honesty got my feelings hurt. Tiffany and Brittany’s professionalism is the only reason this isn’t a one star review.

Just got my hair done by Brittany and it turned out GREAT!! This was my first visit there and I would highly recommend this place . The staff is awesome and the salon is very nice and clean. Thanks Brittany and ladies for making my visit there so wonderful.
