I have gone here twice for a contacts eye exam. First of all, they charge a "New Patient Fee" upwards of a hundred dollars. I was unhappy about this fee, but I figured since I paid the fee the first time, the second time I shouldn't have a problem..WRONG. The second time, I asked twice about what my insurance covers, twice they said insurance covered everything (except copay, $12). They call me later that day and say that my insurance doesn't cover the appointment, now it's $115 out of pocket. I am displeased with the knowledgablilty and responsibility of the staff.
