Great doctor/ patient relationship. Dr Gunnell always takes his time to explain the procedure and then afterwards he'll explain as thoroughly as possible the results. I very much appreciate his heart for his patients and his extensive knowledge of his field of practice.
Basically refused to see my son who I know has eye issues because I can afford a copay eye drops and glasses. Will deffinatley not reccomend anyone to this clinic and I will take my child elsewhere inclung my family who all gets eyecare there. Just lost 7 people I know that goes there.
what a waste. my appointment was at 1:45. I got there at 1:30. my son wasn't called back until 2:15. at this point they stop me and tell me that I can't bring my two year old (would sit on lap) and 7 year old (would stand next to me) back and that I need to send my son alone. they said the room was too small....btw the room was bigger than my dinner room which has a dining table that sits 7...so b.s. I told them that I am not sending my 6 year old back there alone. then I was told the doctor won't allow any more than 1 person back and that "plenty of other parents send their 6 year Olds back alone". I was also told I should just reschedule...I had to wait 4 weeks for this appointment. I literally had to call my husband out of work to come sit with our other two kids. after my husband arrived they made us wait another 40 minutes before taking us back. and another 45 minutes waiting in the room for the doctor. this place is horrible...if you're able.. find somewhere else.
Dr. Gunnell and his staff Tari and Brenda were very helpful and knowledgeable.
This is the worst place I have ever been for n eye exam. I have never payed over $110 for full eye exam with contacts. Here they charged $269 for full exam with contacts. They have zero empathy at such a mark up, they do not portray themselves at being knowledgeable in their products. Worse experience I have ever had at an eye doctor.
