No one would answer the phone during business hours. Just rang and rang. Cannot talk to real person.
This place is a joke !!! My daughter is a perfectly good driver and it seems as if they went out of their way to fail her. Not to mention when you have to make another appointment have to wait another damn month.
Actually this place is a pretty good driver's license office. Someone is there to answer questions and make sure you have all the proper documents before you waste an hour waiting in line, an efficient number system, and the workers aren't outwardly rude or anything as far as I can tell. Obviously has the trappings of a government bureaucracy where nobody is going to bend over backward to help you if you don't have all the proper forms etc, but that's certainly standard in government offices.
Most of the people complaining are upset they forgot a critical piece of paper or failed their driver's test for speeding. Is it that hard to not speed for the driving test you have to take once in your life?
Felt compelled to review after I saw all the low ratings. This place is actually very nice, efficient, and clean. I had to take my driving test here and drove 2 hours to come to this DPS. Regardless, I feel the drive was worth it. The staff were actually very friendly and some of the most efficient DPS workers I've had experiences with. Lots of people on here are complaining about the driving test, but it was really easy! They just take you down a little road (45 mph speed limit) and into some neighborhoods - it's really not that hard to fail. Just don't speed, and DONT hit the curb or poles while parallel parking. Otherwise, should be a piece of cake! Would recommend this DPS to a friend!
My test administrator was absolutely awesome! Only spent 35 minutes from written and driving test, to getting to drive home. Even when they are packed full, I've never spent over an hour there...
