I recently got so frustrated with the lack of competency and poor customer service at one of the large chain Pharmacies that I researched other pharmacies in town and nearly everyone I asked and reviewed their ratings said English Pharmacy is hands down the best, most prompt and efficient pharmacy around! Even better was the raves about their personalized care, greeting you by name as soon as you walk in. Will call you when your prescriptions are ready and their customer service can't be beat! They really seem to care about their patients and ensure we are given appropriate information about our meds. I immediately switched my family to English Pharmacy and I'm so glad I did! Just wish I had done this sooner! They get an A+ in all areas! Plus they have lovely gift items to choose from as well. They treat you with respect , dignity and kindness!
