As many positive reviews as this location has, I was surprised by our last visit (9pm, weekday). Most of the staff were hanging out with friends at a far table, the front counter/greeting area was often empty with customers waiting and many meals including ours sat under heat lamps for an unnecessarily long time. We spent most of our visit with no idea where our server was.
My husband brings me here every Saturday! We love it and the employees are always very attentive. I definitely recommend this place.
Our food tasted good and our server, when present, was very nice. These two things are the only reason for anything above a 1 star review.
Service was fast. Food was excellent (had the beef omelette). People were friendly and personable.
Best IHOP in Wichita Falls. Seriously. Don't go to the others if you can get here.

Word of the wise, if it's slow and you don't expect to get to your customers food in a timely manner, don't seat your customers in full view of the kitchen window.
