Extremely disappointed in the service department here. My husband and I dropped our RV off the last week in May for a new inverter, one of the slide outs needed adjusted on the track and fender skirts. About the first week in July, when we still had not gotten the RV back, we decided to call and get an estimate on a second A/C unit, since they have had the RV so long any how, why not get that done as well? After 2 weeks of calling for the estimate and being told they would call my husband back, I myself called and spoke with a service manager who then assured me that he would call me Monday morning by 9am with an estimate as well as an estimated time frame of when the fender skirts would be in and placed on the trailer. This is now the end of July! Monday morning, 9am..... no phone call. I gave them until just before lunch to call, still no call. I called and spoke with the woman with whom my husband had been speaking with for the last 6 weeks or so, that never called back after assuring him she would. At this point, I was given another excuse as to why I never received the phone call that morning. I informed her at that time that we have been trying to get an estimate for 2 weeks now for an A/C unit (I mean we are giving then business here!!) and we have also been trying to find out when the trailer would be finished for us to get it back. This time I was promised a phone call by 2pm with the A/C estimate and I did receive that call. After speaking with my husband we decided to go ahead with the A/C installation because they had one there on site. At that time I told the woman that we needed the RV in 2 weeks because of a trip. So fast forward 2 weeks, still no call about the RV being ready. I call and speak with the same woman asking when she expects our RV to be ready because we have a trip planned in a few days that is non refundable (it is now August!). She tells me she will have to call me back after she speaks with the tech. No call back yet again!!! Next day, my husband calls and is told that the inverter is done and the A/C is done but the fender skirts still need put on (they had those for 2 weeks at this point), but we could pick it up Tues. Tuesday rolls around (August 22), my husband goes to pick up the trailer, they can't find the ticket, there is no itemized receipt of what exactly we were charged for, the fender skirts on not on the RV and the slide out is not adjusted on the track!!!!! Almost 13 weeks they had the RV, 13 weeks and it was still unfinished. I have never had a more terrible experience with any business. I felt as though they could of cared less about whether our needs were even slightly meant or if we were at all pleased with our experience. As frustrating as it was all those weeks, we never got angry with them, we always stayed pleasant because we figured getting our RV back ultimately depended on them so why burn that bridge. I will say we will never do business here again!

They are awesome. My husband and I found a trailer that we wanted and Lucky and John was able to get the deal done for us. They are very helpful and they do what they can for you. They got it ready for us to pick up at a time that worked best for us. Would recommend this place if you are looking. I also have to say that Travis is awesome as well he noticed something that needed fixed and he pointed it out and is getting it done. The whole staff here are great.

Excellent customer service. I feel I receive the best care from the service dept, especially Brian Ozment. Being a single senior citizen, I am confident that any and all problems with my Honda will be taken care of before I drive home. I bought my 2006 Honda Accord from Patterson and will continue having Patterson service it.

Great experience buying our new Winnebago Tour from Mikee and the guys at Patterson RV. We had a tight timeline for them to complete the pre delivery inspection and make minor fixes so Travis and Orville stayed late on a Saturday getting as much done as possible. Everyone we worked with was polite and friendly. They got us a great interest rate on the loan and we feel like we got a fair deal on the price of the motorhome. If we find ourselves looking for another we will happily buy from them.
