UPDATE; WENT 30 MILES OUT OF MY WAY TO CASH A DEPOSIT RETURN AND THERE IS NO SUCH BANK AT THAT ADDRESS! The only reason I am giving such a low score is due to the poor customer service I received from Wndy. First she never updated my address after 3 calls and her calling me while I was driving. I told her I was driving and she would not let the call go!!!!!!!!@ She never updated my address or my name, she sent me a return deposit that was written out and not typed making it almost impossible to cash a 20$ deposit check that I ORIGINALLY MADE IN CASH!!!!! The facility is very nice and all other employees were polite and out to make customers happy. They need to talk to this one employee and get it straight with her. Without the customer you have no business or pay check. I STILL HAVE A CHECK FOR 20$ THAT I CAN NOT CASH. I CALLED THIS EMPLOYEE AND SHE GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT REPLACING THE CHECK IN MY CORRECT NAME. I AM VERY DISPLEASED. I PAID CASH FOR ALL SERVICES AND STORAGE BILLINGS AND ON TIME.
