Never doing business with them again. They messed up my order and gave me a vehicle smaller that what I reserved. I am active duty military on orders and it was a huge mistake booking through them. I won't make that mistake ever again and neither with the base. I hope they released from this
Even though we reserved a car, they gave us a dirty car and told us the only other cars left were compacts and sub compacts. Even though our reservation said we were returning it at 6pm a week later...they told us they close at 5 On Saturday, then changed our return time to 230...???. Too many add on fees over quoted price. Told us we had to pay an extra 18+ dollars a day for second driver on military orders.
Never had a problem here. Three years in a row renting from here for an extended vacation. Great pricing, decent selection of cars. I can't imagine what the negative reviews are all about. I will probably always rent from these people.
Love it. Everytime I go there the reps are friendly..upfront and very knowledgeable. If there is a issue with my rental or if I can save money or upgrade for more comfort they will tell me. This is the only place that I rent a car from
