I asked for no coverage on my vehicle, wound up with an additional $300+ charge for additional coverage on my Government Travel Card. Somehow it is my fault.
This was the first time i was going to rent a car and decided to give it a shot so i booked a day in advance me and my family were moving back home to san Antonio so needed a one way 197 not bad got the email for 197 for a day okay i can live with then i get there to pick up then theres a 200 dollar deposit.... Okay thats fine i understand then says we need to do a credit check...... This i dont understand now for me to get there car checked back in by 10 that night my reservation was at ten its 1125 now headed back to an empty house and no way for my family to get to San Antonio the guy kept saying its not my fault its on the fine print on the email which i kept looking for. To be honest it was the worst experience of trying to rent a vehicle i will never go to hertz and will tell people why i wont i have never really done a review for a company but worst customer service i have ever seen
Worst Place Ever. Show Up 2 Days When They Are Supposed To Be Open And Show Up They Are Closed. Show Up Monday And Wait For 1 Hour And A Half. Worst Service Ever
I mistakenly filled out the wrong information on the survey from Hertz. I got my location receipts mixed up and gave the Wichita Falls location just an okay review. The Dallas Love Field employee at the counter was the one that wasn't so friendly. Marques (I hope that is how it is spelled) at the airport location in Wichita Falls was outstanding. He was very upbeat and friendly! We are military and he took to attention to that right away and made sure we got the best deal we could, so thank you!
The location I go to is great! Marcus is and has always been the best; he was the the face I saw when I first started renting there years ago. Jack and the rest are always friendly and the service is fast most of the time which is good for me because I'm a bit anxious at times. I just wish that Hertz, the company itself, would give frequent renters like me prompt rewards instead of me waiting for points to add up for something.
