Got news for you lady, Identify theft is one of the fastest growing areas of crime. I don't know you, I don't know your doctor, or anything about your office. I'm not going to put my information at risk just because you want to figure out how much money your business will make off me. I am not a walking dollar sign.
I called this podiatrist office. The woman who answered the phone asked for my social security number over the phone. When I said I was very uncomfortable giving that information out over the phone, she became abrasive saying that they required it for benefits determination with insurance and I couldnt schedule an appointment without it.
Very disappointed!
