She took no account about my left eye contusion...and was unsympathetic to my arthritis pain...let alone my back.neck and body pain and or previous brain bleed and Neurologist Xray!!!
Takes too long to get an appointment. By the time I was able to see my Family Physician..again...I had already been in a moped accident that She new nothing about ...although I'd seen another attending physician instead when my Doc was not there...and been prescribed pain meds..after he saw tge severity of my injuries..bruises and trauma...this is after I had been to the emergency room and had mri ...
If there is a rating less than one star out of five I will be giving it, the front office has rude people, & they just seem to enjoy instructing people around to make themselves feel important, even though they know they keep changing their rules to fit their pockets. I went in for a test a year ago, I came back to renew said test they had me pay over a $100 like again like the first time, a friend that in the same situation with medid not have to pay a dime & they could not explain to me exactly why.. please if you are not in a hurry find a different clinic & do your business there. When people lack competetion they take their customers for granted. In my case they are the only place in Wichita that can do my test. But I will drive to Vernon next time if I have to. Never again will I set foot in this building
When your early or on time they make you wAit i was there last thursday one hr i had to wait the doctors no good its 2 weeks since i been dealing with side effects from a blood pressure pill abd he change to something worse cant it been calling but the just dont listen tgey are stupid

My personal experience, the staff is always courteous. My physician Shaila Shanchita,M.D. is always professional and quite knowledgeable. I also think her doing her residence at this location has been an continues to be great asset for myself, I only hope that she continues to practice at this location for I may continue to benefit as a patient who holds her in very high regard.

the time I saw my Regular Doc ..She had no idea the severity of my accident and wouldnt prescribe even a low dose pain med other than over the counter..
They are always prompt when getting you in for your appointment time. The Dr's are getting their residence here but they are very knowledgeable and always seem to listen to the patients complaints the rally. I am overall happy to have this clinic available to me.
