Everyone that works in the building from the front desk to the NP to the doctors themselves go above and beyond for their patients. The nurses that sacrifice so many hours there are wonderful. Dr. Heines is my PCP and I can't rave about her enough. If you need a PCP for the whole family I would definitely recommend FPA.
I moved to another state and I miss my Dr I had there. She and her nurse were awesome and took good care of me. Just want to say thanks
I have to say, this clinic has always taken care of me good bd or ugly. Dr Abad is my PCP and I wouldn't trade her for anyone. Same with walk in clinic. They take care of business , their staff is kind, professional . From the front desk desk all over the clinic.
This office and it's staff and doctors have gone downhill a little. I have been seeing my PCP here for at least 8 years and I can say without at doubt I feel less and less inclined to even consider calling in for questions or even going in to the walk-in clinic. For me they have shown very little care and are very standoffish and also very short or rude at most times. The only good experiences I have had here recently were with the lab technicians who take blood samples for testing and the radiologist...they definitely need to look into attitude and outwardly CARING for their patients. Considering funding a new PCP.
