Simply adored Dr. Anderson as well as Tim Cleary. I was speaking with their receptionist, Mary, on the phone prior to Thanksgiving and her rude demeanor just went all over me. I tried to remain calm, I only wanted to see about making another appointment and I had a question for Dr. Anderson about my medicine. This is a long story, but it did not end well for me. The receptionist was especially cold and snippy that day, I was trying to tell her something when she informed me that she would be hanging up. She indeed hung up on me. I was so stunned. I had an excellent doctor/patient relationship with Dr. Anderson, and now I cannot ever see him again as I got a formal letter dropping me as his patient. I know that Mary the receptionist is behind all this. I feel sick! Saddens me that I can do nothing about this. It is a GOOD thing I was not a suicidal patient that she hung up on!
Terrible practice. Keeps no record of patient meds and abuses insurance to profit on bullshit appointments. Very unprofessional. Stay away!!!!!!!
