I disagree about the previous post saying he has great bedside manner. I didn't get any information or compassion from him.
Magnificent surgeon. He takes the time to explain things. Very knowledgeable and kind. Great bedside manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing knee or ankle surgery.
I hate to say it but he was a waste of my precious time. I came to him to get function back in my knee and was sent away without recourse. There were no options or differential diagnoses discussed. He said, "You'll just have to learn to live with early arthritis." This was after he told me there wasn't any significant arthritis on the MRI. To put salt on the wound, he snarkily said to his intern that the proposed surgery was "for paperwork purposes." I assume this is because I'm Active Duty. Really? I'm glad I got a second opinion. Now I'm on the road to recovery. I can't recommend him to anyone. So sad.
